Ever since 1995, he has successfully donned many senior editorial and sales positions with reputed publications and has been a team leader, trainer, author, business consultant and CEO of various B2C companies. Since 2004, he is intensely engaged in propagating a wide range of wellness initiatives in his illustrious career in the health & wellness industry and has significant accomplishments to his credit. Founded in October 2016, Welocity Genetics is his dream project that introduced nutrigenomics and gene-based wellness solutions to health-conscious individuals in India. His vision is to create an informed community of health-conscious individuals and families who pay attention to the root causes of their existing health conditions and predict future health risks using predictive genetic screening and opt for wellness solutions. He leads from the front and spearheads the operations along with his team of genetic researchers & scientists, bioinformaticians, genetic counsellors-cum-nutritionists and sales force.

Shivangi Desai is the founder of Fit Bharat Mission and director of Right Human Nutrition Supplement Brand. With over 15 years of vast experience, she stands out as one of India’s leading Certified Health, Nutrition and Life Coaches. Apart from being a Certified Advanced Supplement Advisor, she is also a certified instructor of Zumba, Strong Nation, and BollyX, bringing a dynamic and energetic approach to fitness. She is a qualified Pranic Psychotherapist from the World Pranic Healing Foundation in the Philippines, an Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapist from the California Hypnosis Institute, USA, and a Reiki Healer from the Holistic Healing Foundation, India. Dr. Amol Raut,

MSc., PhD Microbiology, Chief Genetics Officer

Dr. Amol Raut, has over 23 years of rich experience in molecular biology and genomics. Leading a team of researchers that converts genomic data into actionable healthcare insights, he emphasizes innovation and precision. Previously, as a CEO of a leading genetics company, he was successful in developing Nutrigenomics testing protocols and as R&D Project Leader at Praj Industries Ltd., Pune, he managed process optimisation at Asia’s first cane juice-to-ethanol plant. Dr. Raut’s career includes significant research collaborations with national institutes and his role as a co-investigator on the Ministry of Ayush’s research project on genes, yoga, and prediabetes. Trained in PCR-based pathogen detection at AIIMS Delhi and animal tissue culture at NCCS Pune, he has published over 13 articles and contributed 26 gene sequences to NCBI. His work underscores collaboration, creativity, and quality in advancing precision healthcare.

Milind Doshi

Milind, a serial entrepreneur, is a young, dynamic and talented researcher. He was the Business Head for Positive Bioscience Ltd., the pioneers of genetics research in India. With his credible accomplishments in the field of genetics, he was elevated as the CEO of Sanger Genomics Pvt Ltd., the market leader of nutrigenomics in India. He is a graduate from Babson College, USA and is certified in Nutrigenomics from Monash University, Australia. He is a keen student of cutting-edge technologies and has completed various online certification courses from Harvard University and London School of Economics. Ever since 2016, Milind has been the guiding force at Welocity Genetics in unleashing the latest technological breakthroughs and global innovations in the field of genetics. He is a well-updated technocrat with massive ambition and immense talent.

Dr. Usha Nair

Dr. Usha is a Naturopath since 1998; engaged with Hospital & Healthcare Management, Complementary & Alternative Therapies for over 2 decades. She has a PhD in Hospital & Healthcare Administration from Zoroastrian College thru OIUCM & an MBA (Hospital & Healthcare) from Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences, Pune. She holds a PG Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from Seth G S Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai. She also has a Hon. Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) from Kundalini Yoga Research Institute, Lucknow. Since 2002, she is a registered Acupuncturist with Tamil Nadu Acupuncture Council & also with the recently established Maharashtra Acupuncture Council. She is now a Certified Nutrigenomic Wellness Consultant from WIGNET. She holds a prestigious post as the Secretary (Women Affairs) with the International Governing Body of International Human Rights Council (IHRC) & is a Permanent Representative at the United Nations.
